Whole health is not defined by your physical health alone. Our health is like that of a tree: Our mental health, perspective and attitudes form a healthy foundation (or root system), our lifestyle and habits are the core (or trunk) that continues to grow, change, and evolve over the years and through storms, and our physical health displays itself in the branches and leaves. A tree could not stand without roots, it cannot grow without a trunk, and it doesn’t thrive without branches. So why do we look at our health any differently?
At Whole Health Results, we don’t. I will work with you to create a balanced and thriving environment for growth that will allow you to feel your best, no matter what season of life you’re in.
Meet Your Health & Wellness Coach
After years in a high-stress career field that affected my own health journey, including infertility, I knew that I needed to make a change. I started working towards to make a change and started working towards finding the answer through the power of a balanced lifestyle that addressed all areas of wellness, not just the ones that were obvious. The improvement in my own health was so overwhelming and freeing that I decided to change my career to help others reach the same fulfilled life.
I received my certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and I continue to study and practice whole body health on a daily basis, always striving to learn more to help my clients. I focus on all areas of health and wellness from nutrition, diet, exercise, and symptom management, to mental health, stress management, sleep, and more. I find intense joy from helping others manage seemingly daunting lifestyle changes by making them accessible and attainable through holistic coaching and partnership.
