Hi! I’m Amanda Rintala, and I’m passionate about experiencing the best life possible. Several years ago, I learned the power of a balanced lifestyle that addressed all areas of wellness collectively — rather than in a silo. The improvement in my own health was so overwhelming that I decided to change my career and become a certified health coach so I can help others reach the same fulfilled life.
I received my certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and I continue to study and practice whole body health on a daily basis. I focus on all areas of health and wellness from nutrition, diet, exercise, and symptom management, to mental health, stress management, sleep, and more. I find intense joy from helping others manage seemingly daunting lifestyle changes by making them accessible and attainable through holistic coaching and partnership.

When you partner with me for a Whole Health Results wellness plan, I’ll guide you every step of the way on your journey to a long-term, healthier life — from setting realistic goals and evaluating potential roadblocks to working through and learning from obstacles.
Healthy habits are like new plants: They take time to grow from seeds and require appropriate cultivation to become a lifestyle blooming with positive experiences. My job is to help you create a roadmap to reaching your fulfilling and sustainable healthy lifestyle, giving you tools and encouragement along the way to get you there.
Your journey to a “healthy for life” mentality is nearly impossible to do alone. When you partner with me to achieve true, whole body health results, I take into account your unique personality and schedule to ensure we’re setting realistic accountability goals — that I will help you manage! As a client, you’ll have open access to support during, after, and even between coaching sessions.
Unlike many rigid health and wellness programs, I understand the need for flexibility. When a method doesn’t work for you, that doesn’t mean you’re the problem — but rather the solution needs to change for you. Each Whole Health Results program is carefully curated for your unique body, lifestyle, and goals. Whether you’re self-motivated and just need help planning goals and getting started, or you’re looking for personal accountability along your journey and beyond, I have a service designed for you.
For individuals who are self-motivated & can manage goals on their own. This two-session program will set holistic health goals and create a customized action plan.
For busy individuals who have goals, but need help creating & managing healthy habits. In this 6-month program, we’ll meet bi-weekly to set goals, break through roadblocks, and make progress using evidence-based strategies.
