It’s about creating balance among the different areas of your physical health that can lead to exhaustion, brain fog, and other long-lasting health concerns. Explore these principles of physical health to understand how they work together for your whole health results.
Your relationship with food doesn’t need to be complicated or a point of contention. In this session, we focus on creating a personalized, practical, and enjoyable nutrition plan tailored to your unique dietary requirements, meal prep experience, and wellness goals.
In recent years, the health and wellness community has begun to decode the effect of inflammation on the body, where it comes from, and how to combat it. In this session, we work on diagnosing potential areas of inflammation in your body, how to reduce it, and restoring a balanced and healthy gut.
Conversations surrounding hormone health are often avoided — even with medical providers — though its effect on overall health is critical. In this session, we identify areas that may be signaling a hormone imbalance. You’ll learn what bloodwork and/or tests to ask for from your healthcare provider, and we’ll work together to achieve a better hormonal balance through lifestyle interventions and personalized strategies.
Living a healthy mental and emotional lifestyle starts with understanding (and putting into practice) that self-care isn’t selfish, guarding mental bandwidth is important, and managing stress in a healthy way is not tertiary to your overall health. Mindfulness is a practice — meaning it’s not something that comes naturally to most people; and when combined with meditation, it’s a powerful tool for improving mental and emotional health. As your whole body health guide, I am trained in transcendental meditation and have been practicing for over 15 years. I strongly believe this practice is the single most transformative tool any person can harness, and it’s my personal (and professional) mission to help others embrace this often intimidating and misunderstood area of our health
Understanding self-care and self-love are fundamental to your whole body health. In this session, we not only work on identifying your unique needs, but will also journey on a path of self-reflection, self-acceptance, and self-fulfillment by providing self-care that actually energizes, engages, and excites the whole you.
We live in a culture that too easily accepts negative stress as part of our daily routine, while we avoid managing it in healthy ways. In this session, we start by identifying the greatest areas of stress in your life; then, I’ll educate you on the effects of stress and what you can do to make impactful lifestyle improvements to either change the situation or work to shift your perspective.
Life is busier than ever. And while it may feel there is little time for rest, building healthy habits and managing your lifestyle are fundamental to your health. Together, we will work to redefine your lifestyle management to build healthy, obtainable, and lasting habits. Time management is mission-critical for achieving your version of a balanced, fulfilling, and sustainable health and wellness lifestyle. We tackle this (seemingly) daunting session early on in our Whole Health Results journey. I will show you that everyone actually has time to meal plan and prep, work out, meditate, and go to bed earlier while tackling life’s to-do’s and prioritizing unique needs.
At Whole Health Results, we believe improving sleep quantity and quality is most important to building a foundation of new wellness patterns. Sleep actively affects every other aspect of your health and wellness — from mood and weight, to other areas of concern. In this session, we work to find the perfect sleep prescription for you based on your routines, lifestyle, and environment. While building new habits can be challenging, the work you put in to improve your quantity and quality of sleep can be one of the most rewarding and improved habits we embrace together.
We live in a world full of gyms and apps that make you think there’s only one way to actually achieve your desired results, but reality is very different — which often makes this topic the most frustrating and downright confusing. There is no one-size-fits-all workout routine, and what happens between workouts is as important as the physical activity itself. In this session, we work to find a routine that is both exciting and effective for you. We will redefine success around your specific body, while ensuring you are fueling, resting, nurturing, and resetting correctly in order to effectively meet your goals.

A health coach is a professional who works with you to guide your wellness journey, create action plans, and manage specific health problems to help you reach personal health goals.
When you work with a health coach, you’ll meet with them regularly to help dissect areas of your health, manage lifestyle changes, and shift focus (as needed) to better meet your goals. A health coach, like any other coach, keeps you on track through accountability exercises and homework that enables you to experience a more fulfilling life.
A wellness coach provides counsel on effective strategies that improve all aspects of your life. Wellness coaching examines root causes for health concerns, including overall mental health, stress, anxiety, and sleep, that can roadblock progress on your health journey.
